In a surreal, ever-shifting castle, a daring thief embarks on a quest to steal a mysterious book. However, a sentient black Labrador and two enigmatic beings intervene, revealing hidden truths, and challenging the thief's desires.
A captivating tale of intrigue, magic, and moral choices unfolds in the cliffside port of Krijksburg, as the skeleton air pirate Long Jake, returns, causing panic in the disgruntled city. In the depths of the dank caves below, Rumanil representative Luthor leads a desperate escape with a bickering council in tow. Elsewhere in the city, street urchin Moira and her sister form an alliance during the turmoil, while suspicions arise as Luthor tries to navigate the chaos engulfing the city.
As rumours swirl and loyalties waver, they all must confront the truth about the mysterious events that have unfolded, all while facing the imminent threat of violence and rebellion.
